La mission MOBYDICK s’est achev\u00e9e ce mardi 20 Mars \u00e0 04h15 heure locale (00h15 heure fran\u00e7aise) et le NO Marion Dufresne a entrepris sa remont\u00e9e vers l’\u00eele de La R\u00e9union qu’il atteindra apr\u00e8s 6 jours de navigation. Si le succ\u00e8s d’une mission oc\u00e9anographique se mesurait au nombre d’op\u00e9rations effectu\u00e9es, nul doute que MOBYDICK aura \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9ussite. Ce sont 62 d\u00e9ploiements de rosette et des capteurs associ\u00e9s (CTD<\/em>, LISST<\/em>, LOPC<\/em>, UVP<\/em>, Eco-Triplet<\/em>, Transmissiom\u00e8tre, Fluorim\u00e8tre), 9 d\u00e9ploiements de pompes in situ<\/em> et de l’ISMI (Incubateur Microbien In Situ<\/em>), 17 d\u00e9ploiements de multinets, de nombreuses observations d’oiseaux et de mammif\u00e8res marins, 115 traits verticaux de filets \u00e0 plancton et 52 traits de chalut p\u00e9lagique, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s entre le 22 f\u00e9vrier et le 19 mars. Auxquels s’ajoutent le d\u00e9ploiement d’un profileur bio-optique autonome et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d’un mouillage instrument\u00e9. Mais l’aventure n’est pas finie car ce sont maintenant de longues heures d’analyses qui attendent les scientifiques du projet \u00e0 leur retour dans les laboratoires \u00e0 terre. Il faudra en effet, selon les th\u00e9matiques, plusieurs mois \u00e0 quelques ann\u00e9es pour analyser la masse des \u00e9chantillons qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s. Il restera aussi le souvenir des ces 5 semaines pass\u00e9es en mer, souvent dans des conditions de travail difficiles et usantes physiquement dans l’une des r\u00e9gions les plus aust\u00e8res, mais au combien attachante, de l’Oc\u00e9an Mondial…<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
